SPECIAL MEETING.
A special meeting of the Council was held after thd ordinary business hud been dealt with, in order to confitm the Bylaws adopted afc a meeting hell on September 6th. Cr Dearie moved and Cr Strange seconded, That these JBy-laws be now conferred. The motion was carried. The new By-laws will com: iufco foroa on the Ist of January, 1889.
