MAORI WILL CASE. Wellington, Nov. 20.

In the Appeal Court judgment in the will case was given for Broughton with full costs. Leave to appeal was granted. In giving judgment the Chief Justice j?aid the whole matter depended upon the credibility of Archdeacon Williams's testimony. The Court came to the conclusion that he was mi&laken in his interpretation of what Renata, said, and especially when contrasted with the evidence of Mr Carroll, whose testimony was impartial. This being so, the execution of the will was of so suspicious a nature that coercive proof must be brought forward before it could be accepted and this has not been done.
