The appli-* cation of Mr Gold&woithv for protection o£ Pay Bock and Hillside Licensed Holdings, Marototo, was adjourned to next Court day. The Euapuke TToldin£r, Marototo, wa=! not foifeited, as the rent in ai rears was paid by Mr 0. E. McDonald. The Minim? Inspector's plaint for forfeiture of Mr D, B. McDonalds Silver Crown Holding, Maiototo, was adjourned until November Bth, pending the result of the Receiver of Goldfields Revenue action for recovery oi rent in arrears.
