The following applications were granted : J. E. Banks, Brogan Licensed Holding, Whangamata ; W, C. Savage, Britannia, Waihi ; J. Or. Ralph, Wairarapa, Waitekauri. A large number or applications were adjourned, owing to the plans not being before the Court. Applications were made by Messrs C. E. Macdonald and D. B, Macdonald for protection for Euapuke and Silver Crown Licensed Holdings, respectively, both at Mnrototo, but they were refused. Upon the application of Mr (t Wilson, Mining Inspector, the following holdings were declared forfeited for uoti-working and non-payment of rent: Gr. Praser, Speculation Nos. 1 and 2, Whangamata ; B. Mcßrinn, Eureka, Marototo; H. S. Mej'ei'R, ITinemoa Nos. 1 and 2, Marototo; Jos. Corbett, Consols, Marototo) J. A. Smith, Exchange Nos. 1,2, and 3, and also the Emperor, Maiototo ; J. Connelly, Little Edith, Tapu; J. McDermott, United, Marototo ; Jas. Corbett, Australian Peer, Marototo ; J. Neal, Commotion, Marototo; T. A, Menzios, Silver Rock, Marototo ; and W. Buckley, Parakawai. The Couit adjourned until Friday,
