The following applications were dealt with :—: — Chas. Gallagher, Bonanza Special Claim. Granted, Thos.McDonough,Bonanza Extended, Plans not ready ; adjourned until next Court day. J. M. Chambers, application for tramway at the Tui. Adjourned until next Court day. J. H. Keep, exchange of title, Champion Lode No. 4, Licensed Holding. Granted. J, EL Keep, application for protection, Champion No. 4. Mr Curnes appeared for applicant, and stated they had two men working on the claim. Adjourned until 6th November, the Warden stating he would seeMrParkes, in order to ascertain whether he intended to erect a furnace at the Tui or not. J. IT. Keep, protection for Tui reduction Co.'s Special Claim. Adjourned until next Court day. D. J. Frazer, protection for Excelsior Licensed Holding for three months, to work with three men. Granted.
