Adjourned till October 9th., owing to the plan not having been yet approved by the Survey Department \ it being stated (here was an overlap. The application for the Bom.nra Extended was aUo adjourned till next Court day, owing to the plans not having been yet received back From the Survey Department, Auckland. Application for Protection : — The applications for protection to work the following licensed holdings with two men were adjourned till next Court day, the Warden not having been able to personally visit the ground since last Court day, viz. : Earl- of Aberdeen, Riv rdale, Riverdnlo, No. 2. - Application for Residence Sites : Application by H. 11. Adams for residence sites at Waiorongomai, Nos. 115 and 116, Block 5, were both granted.
