Londox, September 9. No less than four people have been murdered in Whitechapel during the course of the last four weeks. The unfortunate victims were all honiWly mutilated and quite a local panic has occurred. The murders are supposed fiom their nature to be the woik of a maniac, and one has been ai rested on suspicion.
