MAHIKAPAWA [MAHAKIPAWA] GOLDFIELD. Blenheim, September 1.

Mr Larnach and others have just returned from a visit to Mahakipawa goldfields. Mr Larnach informs the "Express" that in his opinion the dirt is very rich at Mahikapawa [Mahakipawa] and the field is likely to carry number of men. The above is merely sent as a record, and must not be taken as inviting a "rush," for as yet there is nothing to justify any flocking over of poor men.
