River Hate : Upon tho motion of Cr liobson seconded by Cr Strange, ifc was resolved that the consideration of striking a rate bo deferred antil such a time as there appears to bo a necessity for the same. Tho Clerk was instructed to obtain the necessary books for the opening of the accounts of fcho Board, and it was decided that the meetings of the Board be held qunrteily on the first Council meeting dayfn each quarter, commencing ou lot December next".
