CATTLE MARKETS.
Buckland reports : At Remuera, Thursday, dairy cattle were at late values, store cattle better worth, fat cattle advanced in price, good steers brought from 18s to 20s 1001b. Sheep dull of sale, scarcely maintained last week's values, although a good number were bought by grazers, and some withheld wethers ranged from 10s to lGs each ; calves were in good demand at late prices, well bred pigs were better worth,, but coarse pigs were scarcely saleable.
