Saxon. — The return oi6JWozs gold, which I telegraphed yesterday, was obtained from 597 loads quartz and 1851bs picked stone. Gkm. — The mine manager reports that he is timbering up and laying a tramway in the level to enable work to be done to advantage. Blushing was commenced on the 19th at the Paroquet Battery, and the dirt is shaping for an ounce at least. The stopes aio underway, and, ii nece>sary, another crushing can be had next week.
