THE REPRESENTATION ACT.
The object of Mr SSeddon's Representation Act, 1887, Suspension Bill is to give cDecb to the amendment proposed by Mr Downie Stewart delaying the bringing into operation of the new Representation Act till the expiry of the present Parliament. He objects to the Premier holding the threat of dissolution over the heads of members.
