The effects of the late Mrs McKenzie have been further examined by the police since the inquest, and nothing has been found throwing the least light upon the unhappy occurrence of her death or any clue whatever obtained. It is now generally thought that she must have returned by herself to the river bank or to the wharf and accidentally fallen in.
