Intercakgill, May 5. What appears to have been a piacbica joke has had serious results to a lad named Dyke, nl Waimabuka. He was induced to take a draw at a pipe, \\ Inch had been tilled wil\\ gunpowder by a young man named ("row, and an explosion occurred, indicting a very natsty wound, the whole region of the eye being terribly scorched, but the .sight is believed to bo uninjured.
