ENGLAND AND TURKEY.
Losdo^, March 2d The "Daily News" correspondent at Stamboul states that parleying is pro ceeding between the Porte and England, with a view to getting the latter to evacuate Egypt before April, 1889, the Porte, in the event of this being done, consenting to open the Dardanelle to British ironclads.
