SUSPECTED CANNIBALISM IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA.
Adklaxdk, February 15. TThb Government resident at Northern Territory has telegraphed that the blacks j are reported to be very troublesome at Coatello and Farrar's station?. A black boy auuaed "Powder" has .stated that a boat with two white men arrived at the mouth of tho Roper River, and they wore killed and j the btafc destroyed by aea coast blacks. j From another source information is received 4ha& the blacks at Goyder also killed two, 2tf alays, ,and as no .trace of their bodies ,can beiound it is believed they were eaten by the murderers. A cutter belonging to the Malays was recovered, the gear and clothes ou bo&d being blood staiaod.
