IRISH FEELING TOWARDS ENGLAND. London, February 14.
Mr Sullivan, M.P., in a lengthy speech in the House of Commons, stated that he had come to the conclusion that the Irish people in all parts of towards England than was credited to the world were more friendly disposed them.
