Jhmen Foley, iircestfid under warrant nt K'tti K;tti, was olmr#od thnthetfid on or about tho 24th day of November 1887, steal tulco and drive «\vav ono bull valued at £4 the property of Charles Franklin, a fanner, resident ut Waitawheta. After hearing some ovidence in this caso His Worship decided to remand tho accused till the following day.
