LONDON'S HEAVY FOG. SEVERAL VESSELS ASHORE.
London, January 11. — Great danger to* navigation has been caused by tremendous fogs now over Great Bieat Britain and the channel. The passage between Boulogne and Folkestone was suspended to-day. Since last Monday London has been enveloped in a choking fog, resulting in casualties and loss of several lives from, street accidents. All trains are greatly delayed. London, January 12. — Tho fog continues extremely dense and shows no sign of lifting. Forty loaded vessels are fog-bound in the Mersey. Service on f.ho various packet lines has been suspended. Several vessels have gone ashore on account of the fog. The fog has demoraliesd the railway service and makes it impossible to run trains on schedule time. Numerousfatalities have occurred.
