UNHAPPY IRELAND. Dublin, February 1.

Mr Alex. Blame, M.P. for South Armagh, has been convicted on the charge of speaking in support of the plan of campaign at Gweedore, County Donegal, and a sentence of four months was imposed. The decision has been appealed against. Mr Henry J. Gill, M.P. for Limerick, has resigned his seat in the House of Commons. Eleven Irishmen have been imprisoned for terms varying from one to three months for participating in unlawful assemblies. Another outrage has occurred at Tralee. A farmer who had been boycotted, and was under police protection, has been found brutally murdered.

Dublin, January 29. Disturbing news has been received from Donegal. The peasants in some i villages where evictions are about to take place threaten to destroy the bridges in order to impede the march of the police. Mr Hayden, editor of the West Meath "Advertiser," has been convicted on a charge of inciting, and sentenced to three mouths' hard labour. While Mr Balfour, Chief Secretary for Ireland, was out driving, a detective's car came into collision" with his carriage, completely Avrecking it. Mr Balfour escaped without injury. Mr Wilfred Blunt, since his release from gaol, has been under medical treatment for rheumatism, but has now almost recovered. The charges against Father McFadden and Alex. Blame, M.P., for making speeches in favour of the plan of campaign at Gweedore, have been partly heard and postponed. Stringent precautionary measures were taken against an outbreak, and 750 military and police were massed at Dunfanaghy, where great excitement prevailed. The military excluded tho peasantry from the town during the trial. , Dr. Tanner, M.P. for Mid Cork, is on a tour through Scotland delivering addresses on Home Rule. The Liberal and Radical Unions have made arrangements to give a reception to Mr W. OBrien and, Mr Sullivan, -late Lord Mayor of Dublin.
