Cuthbevtson returns by thoEllangowantoCooktown, and was tohave left' Port Moresby yesterday. The Special Commissioner is about to leave Cooktown by the schooner Hygeia. H.M.S. Rapid has gone to Orangerie Bay to investigate the murder of the crew of the cutter Cecilia, H. M. S. Part left theLouisiadesfor Sydney for repairs, having been ashore. It is believed the vessel is not much damaged. H. M.S. Diamond leaves at daylight on Thurnday for Brisbane, calling nt Cooktown for tho mails, and at Townsville for coal.
