Fears of Trouble Over the Succession. London, August 5.

It is feared that serious trouble will result from tlie succession to William 111., Kingof Holland, whois now old and seriously ill with bladder trouble. Ho recently visited Carlsbad for a treatment off the waters, but received no benefit whatever. He is now 71 years old, aod cannot livse much longer. There are now 50,000 German soldiers so dispersed that they can bo moved into Holland on a few hours' notice.
