Alleged Existence of a Band of Bold Conspirators.

THE DYNAMITERS,

The London Globe," a very Conservative- pap^r, prints the following remtukablß statement :— " Wo are in possession of information which, emanating from an authoritative quarter, leaves no doubt that so far from the dynamite conspiracy having died out or its objects having been abandoned, there ia in one of the provincial towns in. .England a sworn band of skirmishers known by the police authorities of the town to exist and to be engaged in a treasonable- conspiracy. All the members of the society, and also their aims and objects, aie known. From some reason, however, the conspirators, who number about 100, rune not been disturbed, although their meeting-places and residences aie watched night and day by detectives. It is feared that after the passage of the Crimea Act dcspei ate outrages on life or property may be made.. The Scotland Yard authorities are, we understand, taking no part in the investigation of conspir acy, as it is practically out of their jiui* diction, but there is no doubt that inform ation hab been given to the Home OnHce of the matter."
