Starving to Death.

Rev. Frank Collcy, missionary at Labrador, has written a letter giving a heaitrending- description of the destitution prevailing there. It was published in Ffalifa>, Nova Scotia, on July 10th. Colley has travelled over the whole coast. Entire families have been slowly staning .since January. The scanty aid sent by the Newfoundland Government was exhausted before the winter was half over. A large portion of the coast is sealed by lee all winter, and it is impossible, even for tho.se who ha\e money, to get food. The missionary demands ol Newfoundland that it immediately send supplies, orpicnide .some means to depoit the ■wretched people to some more hospitable climate. Common sense would dictate the last as the best .step to be taken.
