MONSTER MEETING AT DUBLIN.

London, August 23. A meetinc4 was held to-day in Dublin in opposition to the proclamation against the National League. The hall was crammed. The proceedings passed off in an orderly manner. Mr Jacob Bright and other English members of Parliament, who were present-* denounced the proclamation, but counselled moderation. Messrs Dillon, OBrien, and others defied the Government, and declared the triumph of the League was certain.
