VAITEKAURI.
During the past week a decided improvement has taken place in the Waitekauri mine, which is being worked on the tiibuto system by Hollis and party, who are now breaking out stone showing gold freely, and their next return should be a good one. Snel^ar and pai ty, tribnters in the Miiungakara antic have not been very successful, and I hear that they aie likely to give it best, pending bcttci arrangements for future operation?. In the Welcome, Bimey and puity, tributers, are making s big snow in the quaitz paddock, vUieie tl ere is now a large tonnage of good stone ready for treatment.
