The Small-pox at Port Darwin.

News has been received from Fort Darwin that a Chinaman has been found in the bush suffering from emall-pox. Some misunderstanding seems to exist as to tho number of perpons actually infected, but in reality only two Chinese have so far got the disease^— namely, the first one found and one caught in the bush. At a meeting of the Central Board of Health to-day, the President, Dr. Whittell, reported that the local authorities were taking all the necessary precautions. From various reports, it is feared that small-pox has been in some of the camps along the lino for some little time.
