Foolish Lord Lonsdale
The reports from London that the Marquis of Lonsdale has been sued by Cornelia Danka for breach of contract, in failing to carry out his engagements with her as a member of the Violet Cameron Opera Troupe, occaaion no surprise in London, for the nobleman forgot to pay any of the girle engaeed in that unlucky venture, and left a number of bills to American creditors unpaid. Lonedale recently wrote to his creditors asking that their bills be sent him, co that he may wipe out all the indebtedness of that abaurd and scandalous venture. Mies Cor* nelia D. Auka waß awarded £125 damages in her action against Earl Lonsdale for breach of contract in connection with her engagement to perform with the Violet Cameron operatic troupe-
