A Religious Wrangle.
A rather interesting wraDgle U proceeding in the papers between high ecclesiastical digaitaries about the so-called "Church House," the building of which the Bishop of London has done his best to set going. Laymen think it tantamount to a proposal for a clergymen's club. Biehop Temple defends himself vtith the odd argument that the building will be of value to all bishops. Lay opponents pronounce the scheme already a failure. The subscriptions, in spite of unfair pressure, are small In number and amount, though £250,000 is wanted
