The " Morning Post" states that Baron do Lesseps is about tn proceed to Berlin for the purpose of offering a guarantee of neutrality on the part of France in the event of a European war on condition that Germany wiJl support her in the matter of the British occupation of Egypt and ensure French supremacy in that country.
