London, March 4. During incendiary raids made on tenants who paid their rents in County Limerick much property has been destroyed. London, March 6 There have been about twenty raids in Limerick, by which ricks, outhouses and other property, to the value of £2,000, wore destroyed. Berlin, March B.— The bill to increase the German army during a period of seven years has been reai a first time in the Reichstag. A Press Association message says : — General Brousnrt, the Prussian Minister of War, referring to the gravity of the future, urged a unanimous vote in favour of the increase of the army for a period of seven years.
