The charge of alleged perjury preferred by Timothy Flunigan against Robt Carrick, occupied the local court all day. The charge was dismissed, the Bench holding that there was 1 no evidence whatever to support it. The Monastery bullion was reducod by melting to 159pz, and is now being assayed.
