English Obligations to Belgium.
London, January 25. The commanders of the French fortrees-es have been orderod to be at their posts early in February. England's treaty obligations with Belgium are at present 1 occasioning anxiety. It is officially announced that the statement published by the "Daily News," that the Imperial Government foared that war between the French and Germans was imminent, was published without permission of the Government, and is without foundation.
