Tho Now York " Horald" says :—Our Brussels correspondent has just niet and interviewed the intrepid traveller Ludwig Wolff, who has returned from an exploration in tho long unknown territories of tho Congo. In the San •Kouron rogion he came upon a tribe of dwarfs scarcely four feet in hoight called the Batous, who live by hunting, and are described as wonderfully agile and good-tempered.
