Rangoon, November 21.— Sir Froderick Roberts, the Commander of the British forces in Upper Burmah, has demanded that officers should be sent to replace those tilled and wounded in the recent engagement with the rebel*. Aden, November 21.— News has reached here that the Somalis at Am.bader, on the African Coast, have ma°sacred the captain and seven of the crew of the French war vessel Penguin, who landed at place for the purpose of obtaining water.
