Nkw York, September I.— The " Herald's" Copenhagen special mays".' " The trouble between the Danish Government and the Danish House of Representatives has aroueod the most bitter feeling throughout the country. Leading politicians state that unless'Eatrup, the Danish Conßervativo Premier, resigns, a national uprising is likely to take place, to* eventual result of which would be the downfall, not only of the Ministry, but of King Christian .who has become personally identified with all the anti-conßtiui-tlonal measures of the BBtrup Ministry.
