It is currently reported that a gold fiml of considerable importance has boon made in this neighbourhood during the week, aud in support of that statement stone showing gold freely has been shown by a paHj of prospectors, who decline to reveal the whereabouts of the reputed discovery until they have secured the ground in which it is located as well as sundry other rights in its immediate vicinity. This find is believeJ to be situated in the immediate vicinity of the Ivanhoe.
