THE LYEE-MOON DIS AST ER. Sydney, this day.

The Marine Board held an inquiry into the loss of the steamship Lyee-Moon in May last, and found that the same was caused by the default of Captain Webber and Mr Fotheringham,- third officer. The Board will give their decision as to their certificates on Monday next.
