i , LONDON, August 5, It has transpired that at a meeting of Buppdrter of Lord Hartington held yesterday at Devonshire House, Picadiily, Lord Hartington spoke and deprecated -hostility on' the part of the Uniouist , towsrds Mr Gladstone and his followers. The Liberals, he added,* would remain united on all questions except the Irish queatiomiMr Chamberlain and other Unionist leaders expressed approval of the remarks of Lord Harrington. ' - ' r Parliament; met today forthe election of Speaker, VhoirMr Arthur W. Peel* was again chosen to fill that office.
