BELFAST RIOTS. TWELVE PERSONS KILLED.

London, August 7, Rioting has been renewed at Belfast, and the police were compelled to fire on the mob to quell the disturbance. Seven persons are known to have been injured. .London, August 9. Rioting continued in Belfast yesterday, and was only suppressed with difficulty. Three personß were killed in the affray. Considerable reinforcements of constabulary have arrived in town to prevent further disturbances. London, August 9. Further serious disturbances oecured this morning at Belfast, when the police were again ordered to fire on the mob, one person being killed, and several others wounded. The number killed during yesterday'a riots is shown to havo been 11 not threjß as telegraphed previously. London, August 10. Riotino continues at B9lfaet, the conflict between the mob .and the police being of a fierce obaracter. ' A further reinforcement of one thousand troops has arrived in town, Martial law has been proclaimed in the Belfast district. The Protestant population of Belfast are furious at partizanthip shewn by the police during the riots. The hospitals are full of wounded men, women and children.
