London, July 3. —The interview takea place to day between "Mr Graham Berry and Lord Roseberry, Foreign Secretary, on the subject of affairs in the New Hebrides. At a banquet to-night, under the auspices of the Imperial -Federation League, Lori! Roseberry, in tho couree of his speech, stated that the Government had spoken the voice of the country on the New Hebrides question. ' Three hundred and sixty-three convicts have embarked for New Caledonia.

New York, July 2: News has been; received here that H.M.S, Terror has seized an American fishing vessel in Nova dcotian waters. H.M.S Terror has seized two more American fishing smacks. Melbourne, Juiy 5. —The Premiar, Me Oillies,, has forwarded to the Goverrior a communication, enclosing a letter received from the Key. Mr Macdonald, missionary, legarding the state of affairs in the New Hebrides. The Premier urges that tho Secretary of State for the Colonies should insist on the early removal of the French forces from the islands.
