Chance Licensed Holding (Waibi).--A meeting of the shareholders of the Chance Licensed Holding was held on a recent date at the office of Mr R. Me Donald Scott, Insurance Buildings, when it was resolved to form the holding into a company, to be called the Kimberley Gold Mining Company (Limited) under the Mining Companies Act 1872, in 20,800 shares, with ft nominal capital of £10,400 of 10s each, nil paid up, the company commencing with £100 cash <o start with. Mr j. Morpeth occupied the chair. The following appointments were made : Messrs James Macky jun, W. Atkinson, A. Garrick, J. B. Morpeth, and John Heath to be directors ; Mr R. McDonald Scott to be manager of the company; Mr T. A. Menzies to be auditor, and the Bank of New Zealand to be company's bankers. The list of registration nas been issued.
