Tae third day's racing of the A.J.C. Aummn Meeting took place to-day. The weither was fine and the attendance large, Results :—: — Sidney Cup, 2030vg etch, with 500 added, and cup of the value of lOOaovs, presented by Lady Cirrington. McLoughlin's br h Britisher, by John Bull— Favourite, Sat 3 Twenty -five horßes faced the starter, Nelson being a decided favourite in the betting. Cerise and Blue went to the front at the distance post, and came home a length in advajnee of the field. Nelson finished ninth. • Time, 3inin. 30|secs., being the fastest time on record for the Cup, and a quarter of a second faster than when Direbin won in 1882. Mr D. Cooper's Blairgowrie won the Champagne Stakes, beating the Hon. J. White's Volcano, Kingsgrove, and four others. The Sapling Stakes fell to Dividend.
