TS AROHA SCHOOL COMMITTEE.

Tub monthly meeting of the Te Aroha school committee was held on Wednesday evening last, in the schoolroom present : Messrs J. P. Vause (chairman) Dobson (secretary), Ilott. Resolved, " That the schoolmaster be written to with respect to the number of panes of glas9 b. ini* constantly broken, which the committee are of opinion must be due to great carelessness on the part of some of the children, requesting Mr Marsden to endeavour to ascertain thenames of the offenders so that they may be charged with the cost of repairs." Several accounts were passed for payment.
