London, April 19. GREEf-K has refused to comply with tho roquesfc of tho Powers to disarm. A lar^o forco of Turka haa been dosp&tcbod to tho frontier, and the Greeks have been ordered to evacuato the Zarhos heights on th frontior. Constants ople, Apiil 19. Replies have been received from tho French and Italian Governments with reference to the Greek question, intimating their iutention to adopt a similar lino of action to that meditated by the other Powers.
