Bernard McCabe was brought up charged by Sergeant Emerson with drunkenness in the streets of Te Aroha on March 12th. Dismissed with a caution. Percy Cook was brought up by Sergeant Einer&on, charged with obtaining money by means of iv valueless cheque foi L 2 from Mr R. S. Brown, hotel keeper, Morrinsville. Prisoner pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to six months imprisonment in Mount EJen Goal.
