A VESSEL CAPSIZED. Supposed. Loss of Twelve Lives. [REUTERS TELEGRAMS ] Capetown, February 17.
Abo vr accident, which, it is feared, has proved fatal in its consequences, took place here yesterday. Tho lugger Arthur capsized during a heavy squall, and twelve of her passengers aro missing. A search is being mado, but strong apprehensions are elt they are all drowned.
