Pasteur will be authorised by Government to establish a hospital in Paris for tho treatment of hydrophobia patients. The London Times of Dec. 13 confirms the statement of the finding of a treaty between France and Burmah at Mandalay. Cholera is roported cpidomic in Brittany, being worse at Audicrnc than it was at Marseilles. Henry Itochefort has fallen afoul of M. Pasteur's system of inoculation, which he says is either xiseless or dangerous. Pasteur replies moderately, urging that, in cases o£ hydrophobia, the subject be sent him as soon as possible after j being bitten.
