POLICE COURT. (Before W. F. Hunt, Esq., J P.) Friday, Sept. 18, 1885.
John Scott (a navvy), was brought up charged by Sorgt. Emerson with three separate offenoes, viz. : Ist. With being drunk in Wbitaker street^ To Aroha, on tUe evening of the 17tu inst 2nd. With' disorderly hehaviour on the same, occasion. 3rd. With resisting and assaulting the Police in the discharge of their duty.
