THE INSURANCE BOARD ELECTION.
Wellington, Dec. 22. The following candidates were nominated on Saturday for the Government Insurance Association Board :— Messrs G. S. Graham, H. Kember, E. W. Mills, W. H. Warren, F. H. Fraser, J. Lockio, W. F. Kennedy, J. Kitchen, D. T. Stuart, W. K. Bishop, W. Clark, H. J. L. Anguarde, A. McDougall, T. Dwan, T. McDonald, J. Maginity, G. Fisher, H. Howorth, J. E. Smith, G. K. Johnson, J. Cook, H. S. Fitzherberfc, H. D. Bell, X iherne, C. Phillips, C. P. 1 Powels, and M. McCredie. Major Atkinson was not nominated, his candidature having been announced by his friends without his consent.
